About me

I have always wondered, that if I only live once, 

how can I best embrace this beautiful life in a healthy, 

happy and holistic way?

 

I am deeply passionate about helping others,

inspiring others and empowering others.

I derive deep fulfilment from making people feel good about

themselves and from illuminating the path to recognising

that we have the ability to change our lives

and effectively live in a state of good health and balance.

 ​

As a qualified pharmacist, I have seen first-hand

how healthy living incorporating a carefully balanced lifestyle

can play a meaningful and sustainable role in

the prevention and alleviation of common ailments.

As a Health Coach

I have an immense appreciation and respect for the pivotal role allopathic medicine plays 

in the prevention and treatment of disease and in maintaining good health.

 

Additionally, an integrated health approach – embracing nature’s sources 

of nourishment and healing – can further enhance the results of an allopathic-only approach.

Even where allopathic medicine has reached its limits, a life-style change may still be of benefit. 

 

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, who embodies both allopathic and complimentary therapies,

I have learned that well-being requires balance and should be holistic.

Healthy eating, enjoyable physical activity, fulfilling relationships, 

a rewarding career and a blissful mind as well as acknowledging our bio-individuality

(after all, we are all unique), all play a pivotal role in living a balanced, healthy and happy life.

 

My very own journey with my coach led me to deeply reflect in understanding and accepting who I am,

and realising my own authenticity as I endeavour to impactfully contribute to the lives of others.

I was privileged to attend the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, based in New York,

during which I was exposed to an array of holistic therapies including nutritional guidance,

individualising physical activity (so that it’s enjoyable), mindfulness techniques

and stress-free living practices, which I look forward to sharing with you.

 

My journey has empowered me to move forward with my love and passion

of wanting to help others and are firmly rooted in my values

that underpin this desire to make a difference.
